Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Seekhlo mobile apps and website, and form an agreement between you (and your parent or guardian, if you are under 18) and Cyphronix Software Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using Seekhlo, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use Seekhlo.

Seekhlo is a gamified learning platform for school students (currently history for Classes 6–10). It is a learning aid — it complements, but does not replace, school instruction. Seekhlo is for personal, non-commercial, educational use.

• If you are 18 or older, you agree to these Terms directly.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to your account and accept these Terms on your behalf, and the account’s email address should belong to your parent or guardian.
• Keep your account details accurate, and don’t share your account with anyone else.

Seekhlo signs you in with one-time codes sent to your email — there are no passwords. Keep access to your inbox safe, and let us know at support@cyphronixsoftware.xyz if you suspect someone used your account without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

All learning content — courses, stories, comics, questions, artwork, audio, software, and the Seekhlo name and logo — is owned by Cyphronix Software Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and its content for learning. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, modify, or create derivative works from our content, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.

You keep ownership of anything you post in Seekhlo communities. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display your posts within the service, and to moderate or remove them. You are responsible for what you post, and it must follow our Community Guidelines. We can remove content that breaks the rules, with or without notice.

XP, streaks, badges, and league placements are part of the fun. They have no monetary value, can’t be sold or exchanged, and we may adjust how they’re calculated to fix bugs or stop abuse.

Some explanations in Seekhlo are generated with the help of AI models. AI can make mistakes — always double-check anything important with your textbook or teacher. AI explanations are provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy or completeness.

You agree not to:

• Cheat or game the system — bots, scrapers, automated XP farming, or multiple accounts.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or post hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content — Seekhlo is used by school students.
• Impersonate anyone, spread spam or malware, or phish for other people’s data.
• Reverse engineer the service, bypass its security, or interfere with how it works — except as permitted by law.
• Use Seekhlo commercially without our written permission.

Seekhlo relies on third-party services (such as authentication, hosting, and AI providers). Those services are governed by their own terms. If you downloaded the iOS app, see Section 13 for the Apple-specific terms.

Seekhlo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose) and don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific academic result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyphronix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at ₹500 (five hundred rupees) or the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

You can stop using Seekhlo and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

The Seekhlo iOS app is licensed for download through the Apple App Store. You and Cyphronix acknowledge that these Terms are between us and you only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use of the app must comply with the App Store’s Usage Rules. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and we’ll show a notice in the app for significant changes. Continuing to use Seekhlo after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email support@cyphronixsoftware.xyz.
