Check your spam or promotions folder — codes are sent by email and can take a minute to arrive. Codes expire after a short while, so request a fresh one if needed. Still nothing? Double-check the email address for typos, then contact us below.

Streaks and XP update when you complete a lesson — try refreshing or signing back in. If they still look off, email us your display name and account email and we’ll fix it.

Open Profile → Settings to edit your display name or switch explanation language between English and Hindi.

Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy and turn off “Show me on leaderboards”. You’ll be hidden from weekly leagues until you turn it back on.

Use the report option on the post or member in question — moderators review every report. For anything serious, email us with screenshots at the address below.
