You can delete your Seekhlo account and personal data at any time by emailing us from the email address on your account.

Subject: “Delete my account” · we confirm and complete within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — email, display name, and avatar.
- Your learning history — XP, streaks, enrolments, and quiz attempts.
- Your community posts and memberships, and your league presence.
What we keep (and for how long)
- Backup copies are purged within about 30 days of deletion.
- Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can’t identify you (for example, “how many lessons were completed last month”).
- Minimal records we must keep by law, or for fraud and security purposes.
Not ready to delete?
- Hide from leaderboards — Profile → Settings → Privacy turns off league visibility.
- Just want a break? Sign out — your streak and progress wait for you.
Parents
A parent or guardian can request deletion of a child’s account the same way — email us from the address used to create the account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle children’s data, or contact support with any questions.
